The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and provides good service.

I went through the drive-thru and asked to place two orders. They took both orders separately. When I got to the window, the worker had no idea about the second order, even though they had just confirmed it on the screen. Additionally, my grilled cheese sandwich was cold inside and not melted properly.

Worst place to get food from. portions are tiny for what you pay

Went in to the store to get some food for my family. It was -40 out today and not a single car in the drive through. Few people making skip/door dash orders but 3-4 ppl leaning on the counter waiting for something to do. Got food home and my coffee tasted like it had been on the burner for hours, time has a new pot every so often system, it should not taste like that. Second my soup had missing the salt and pepper, all this on a normal day would be excusable. But on a day when ppl are standing around i expect a level of quality.

Tim is going down hill you can never get your ice coffee the same either dark or they don't put the vanilla in
