The cornbread and cabbage weren’t bad. However, the jerk chicken was super fatty and was hard to find meat to consume. The rice and sauce on the chicken has little to no flavor despite the spice.

Wow..I am so glad that Deland finally has a Jamaican restaurant.I love the locality, the vibe is right, The food is great the owner is awesome.

After eating at other Jamaican restaurants, this is the best one to be a customer at. I would definitely drive an hour to get food here.

Hubby stopped her and bought dinner after he left work, so I didn't personally go into this restaurant he did. But he got me oxtails, which came with rice and peas, steam vegetables and cornbread and all I can say is I chowed this food down and forgot to take a picture ! It was packed with flavor! It was sooo good! I definitely recommend. Heads up though I would call and confirm their hours before heading there because he tried to get food there last week and they weren't opened but we didn't know the reason so I'm not going to take away points for that.
