Ashley refused to wait on my family bc she felt sick and didnt want us to catch it, but she didn't have a problem serving the next family that came in. If she was that sick she shouldnt have been working with the food at all. Just rude and unprofessional behavior.
Girl was very nice and patient while my three year old was deciding what to order
Everyone is always friendly and my sub comes to me exactly as I order it even though I tend to ask for extras.
Not really thrilled. Just picked up subs to bring home (a 20 minute ride) and got home to find that the sub rolls are hard as rocks. Just stinks because I'm not driving all the way back to town. Also, the young gentleman working there needs to be taught customer service skills. Never said hello, goodbye or offered receipt. Just left us standing and moved on to the next person and I had to interrupt the next customer to ask if I could reach around and get my own receipt that was still attached to the register. Never got stale bread there before. The management really needs to train people on pride in customer service.
