Hecho de reservas para el brunch para nuestro aniversario de bodas. Estábamos sentados y los camareros nos trajeron agua. Nunca regresaron a la mesa para tomar nuestra bebida o orden de comida. Nos levantamos y salimos. Nunca volverá Ver todas las opiniones.
We experienced wonderful food and service. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. A great night. Thank you
The sea bass was wonderful if a little pricey service was good.
Meals came out at different times—not a few minutes apart, more like 15 minutes. One person ordered fruit, got French fries instead. Then we sat with our dirty dishes in front of us for another 20 minutes. Not so much as an apology from the waiter! We pointed all of this out to him in a nice way—primarily so he would understand why we were leaving him a subpar tip. But we couldn’t! Restaurant added 20% to the bill! There is no incentive to provide exceptional service if this is restaurant policy. We won’t be back. In fairness, they gave a discount to the person who never got the fruit. Too little, too late.
The ambiance of the restaurant was worth five stars. I enjoyed the fish tanks, noise level, and ease of valet parking. We were in a private area which was great for our party of six. The food was okay. The service was okay.
The waiter was very nice. I asked if the pork chop was tasty because I’ve had it other places and it had no flavor. He said it’s fantastic, so I ordered it. It was tasteless. My girlfriend ordered the supposedly Wagyu steak, tidbits and things. It was hard and tough to cut, and that should not have been. Or fries came ice cold. We ordered two drinks which were very good and the Calamaro. It was good. It was very disappointed with the poor quality of the pork chop and the state for the cost that it was. Spending $160. I should go out satisfied and I felt I wasn’t.
