Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI?m not one to be rude ? because I?ve worked in customer service, but last night was ridiculous. We decided to stop in to place an order to go. The person that took our order said it was going to be 30-45 mins. Okay, that?s fine ? I totally understand they had a lot of people ordering online call in. Sitting there waiting, people were coming in ? waiting on their orders. I talked to several people that placed their orders online and said that it would be ready in an hour, get there once their hour was up and still waiting 30 mins to get their food. The front two people working were doing ?closing? time things like restocking cups behind the counter and organizing receipts instead of waiting on customers walking through the door. The people working the kitchen were moving so slow, when you have so many orders, drop more chicken keep them going! We placed our order and paid for it at 8:09, we didn?t get our food until after 9:30. I ordered boneless wings, hardly any sauce no seasoning on the fries. For a place that opened about two weeks ago ? seems like things should be moving more efficiently. Just wanted to post a review because I want this establishment to work here in Denham, but multiple customers said that they would go to other locations instead of here.
Not great, not the worst. Ordered two different flavors of bone in wings (10 piece), and Buffalo fries. The wings were a good size but did not have much flavor in the chicken itself. Sauce was okay. The Buffalo fries were good, and may have been great if they were warm. Which brings me to my next issue is that their website for some reason said it would take 25-30 minute, I showed up 20 minutes after placing my order and it was already done. Upon checking it in the car, it seems like it?s been sitting for a little while already. Overall I probably wouldn?t be back, but it wasn?t the worst. Certainly not worth $22.
I?ve see this place get bad reviews but from my experience, my order is always accurate, and the staff is friendly and always accommodating. Sometimes when you order online, the estimated wait time is a little longer when I arrive but it?s usually when they are busy so it?s understandable. I?ve ordered from here a few times and have no complaints. Antoine, Hakeem were awesome.
Took 40 minutes for my order, and they were steady but certainly not busy. I was a line cook in a bar and I could do their job (three people observed in there) by myself and have orders out in half the time. Despite taking so long, my chicken was overcooked, and the fries had been recooked in the fryer, but not long enough to get crispy so they were an oily, floppy mess. Aside from the cooks being terrible at their jobs, the sauce isn't very good and the odor it puts off is offensive. Whatever seasoning they're putting on their fries seems to be a blend of 50% salt and 50% sugar, so they're very sweet and not in a good way. Will not return. Hopefully this place gets replaced with something decent.
Do NOT order doordash 2/3 times they got it wrong. 1st time I only ordered 2 items for lunch, 2nd time large order for my family and NOTHING was right. So I gave them one more shot and they STILL MESSED my order up and I was missing the main entree. I had to order AND PAY AGAIN to get the order and still have not been refunded for the items I never received!!! Done with them!!! They don't care, don't apologize and don't even try fix anything!!!!!
