I've never been in an Arby's that been bad, and this place was it. Fries were horrible, soda nasty, and I don't know how beef and cheddar were not tasty.

On this occasion, I ordered the beef and cheddar, only to receive a sandwich that left much to be desired.The sandwich had very little meat, accompanied by a meager squirt of cheddar and an even smaller portion of Arby's sauce. This lack of substantial ingredients resulted in a sandwich that lacked the robust flavor and generous portions one would anticipate.Adding to the disappointment, the fries served with the meal were not just cold but lacked the crispness and flavor that makes them enjoyable. It's disheartening to experience such a disregard for food quality, especially considering this was the second time I faced this issue.What compounded my frustration was the fact that the restaurant was not merely nearly empty but entirely devoid of customers at the time of my order. With no other patrons, one would expect the kitchen to prioritize ensuring the freshness, warmth, and flavor of the food being served.To exacerbate matters, a few hours later, I fell ill, further intensifying the dissatisfaction of the overall experience. In my opinion, meals, even basic items like fries, should be cooked fresh to order. There's simply no excuse for serving customers items that lack the desired warmth, flavor, and proper portions, particularly when the restaurant isn't busy.Regrettably, this second subpar experience, coupled with the subsequent illness, has solidified my decision not to return for a third time. I firmly believe that consistent quality is paramount for any dining establishment, and unfortunately, this Arby's location has failed to meet that standard on both of my visits.
