Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

I never have a pleasant experience at this Good Times restaurant. They always seem to mix up my order (including this latest visit). However, I do appreciate the drive-thru convenience and my dog enjoys the treats they give him. I usually use the outdoor order window while walking with my dog, which adds to the comfort of the experience.

I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I ordered 2 burgers and both were completely incorrect, to the extent that they did not meet any dietary restrictions. After driving home and realizing this, I went to the nearest location to see if they could correct my order, but was met with rude customer service and a brief response about returning to the original location due to money and inventory issues. When I asked for more information, I was not given a clear answer. I will be returning for a refund and will not be supporting this restaurant again.

Despite the windy weather, the dining experience at this restaurant was excellent. The dish I ordered was served hot with fresh ingredients, and the soda was the perfect beverage to complement my meal. Thank you for a great time.

Great food fast service. Little pricey but enjoyable, would visit again.

My husband asked for Hamburger combos not cheeseburger guy told him we only have cheeseburgers and no curly fries never go there again. I don't like cheese.
