Roaming Buffalo B-que - Denver

Roaming buffalo barbecue is by far the best barbecue in all of Denver! Not only is their food delicious, but their staff is extremely kind and helpful, we stopped in today and John, Adam and Gilbert were all there smiling and happy to help us! Had to take some of the world's best Mac n cheese for the road! A must try!!

Ok the brisket here had really good flavor but why are there only a few spots here in Denver that know how to serve sliced brisket . the bark is supposed to stay attached to the meat not get a pile of meat that looks like it was half chopped ... the beans were bomb and the pork belly burnt ends were amazing

This is one of the better BBQ places I’ve tried in Denver! The bison ribs were very flavorful, so were the traditional ribs and the brisket also did not disappoint. The prices seemed very fair especially for the portion sizes. The staff and service were excellent. Yes the restaurant is smaller but it has a local neighborhood vibe and is very welcome. We definitely plan on going back to try out one of the sandwiches next!

I cannot believe how amazing this place is. The buffalo ribs are incredibly tender, the spare ribs are smoked to perfection, and the brisket is out of this world. Just take a look at the pictures I have posted - this is definitely the best BBQ in Denver, no doubt about it. I have brought and recommended this place to many people, and they all agree. If you don't stop by and try it, you may regret it for the rest of your life. Give me a thumbs up if you agree! I have been eating here for years and would love to show the owner that everyone agrees. Also, I have tried nearly everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I don't even put their homemade, super delicious sauce on it because it doesn't need it, but you can if you'd like. Thank you Roaming Buffalo for all of the amazing food.

If you love BBQ, you must visit Roaming Buffalo BBQ. We tried the Brisket Sandwich, Pulled Pork, and wings, and all were fantastic. This place is definitely one of the best in the Denver metro area. The Classic BBQ sauce was mild but still flavorful and well-balanced. The beans had a nice kick to them and were delicious. The Cilantro-Lime Coleslaw was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back to try more sides, dessert, and the ribs (which were unfortunately sold out when we visited on Friday). Make sure to add Roaming Buffalo to your list and enjoy the cozy atmosphere while indulging in some delicious BBQ.
