Tim Hortons - Depew

Thank you. Very nice staff. Clean place. Never disappointed. Even a sweet little smile on my cup. So enchanting!

I was here often when I visited Lancaster (Buffalo). Great service all around and a very friendly staff. Only that is, I was consistently not told, my order as a whole when I go to the drive-thru, let me ask what my total amount is until I enter the window. No good quality. Otherwise I only have good things to say about these Tim Hortons, and Tim Hortons in general (they are EVERYWHERE in NY).

This is a very friendly Tim Hortons. Ev, who took our order, was wonderful! She made sure we got what we ordered. Our morning break for coffee was pleasant. Tim Hortons has a real jewel with Ev!!! She's a treasure!

The entire bottom of my cup was coffee grounds. Disgusting. Try to take a little pride in your work and put in some effort.
