Incredible sushi! every single mouthful was delightful. especially I enjoyed the tuna bell that was worth every penny. it is something at the higher end of the prices for derby, but if they can treat themselves, I highly recommend it. I know that this type of meal in london costs three times as much as for the exactly same dishes. I also love the authentic Japanese feeling that they get out of the restaurant. I think the grasp for a sushi master is "Itamae" and that is what the man is in ebi sushi. Finally, the service is excellent by the size of the restaurant, extremely attentive and receive all our drinks and meals in good time.
Very delicious Japanese sushi, sashimi and hot dishes. good quality with a reasonable price. friendly staff. will be visited very soon.
The food in this restaurant is absolutely fantastic I would definitely recommend the beef teriyaki and the cheese cake they’re so flavourful!!! 5/5 definitely coming back again
Due to its small size, it's advisable to book a table for Friday and Saturday nights, though I recommend making a reservation for any night you plan to visit. They also have a specials menu, which you need to ask about since it varies based on what the chef has prepared or purchased—it’s written on a board in Japanese. If you're planning to place a larger order, such as £200 or more, it's a good idea to arrive early to avoid delays caused by other diners. Since it’s a small restaurant, large orders can take some time to prepare and may cause a backlog for other guests. The staff and chef are friendly, and you can watch the sushi being prepared right in front of you. It’s truly worth every penny!
