Modern Cuisine - Derby

This is our go-to Chinese takeout spot and we often order from here for pickup! The food is delicious, well-prepared, and appears to be clean (although sometimes the meat can be a bit fatty). Our usual order consists of salt and pepper chips, crispy shredded beef, chicken fried rice (similar to special fried rice but with smaller pieces of meat), and any type of chow mein (all of them are delicious, it's hard to choose!). The appetizers are also tasty! I'm not sure why they only have 3.9 stars, because we can't find any faults with their food and I am quite particular. Just ask my friend!

We visited Derby this week and decided to try a Chinese takeout. It comes highly recommended. The food was fantastic, incredibly delicious, not greasy, and the portions were generous, especially the salt and pepper chicken. It arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be ordering takeout from here again the next time we are in Derby. Thank you.

Wow, I haven't ordered takeout many times before, but this restaurant offers fresh and delicate Chinese cuisine. The service was truly excellent. I especially enjoyed the lemon chicken, which was incredibly tender and fresh. My daughter, who is vegan, also found the menu options to be great.
