I wish I knew her name, the other young woman was helpful as well. Smoothie both mine and my granddaughters were good. Thanks for serving me in such a great manner really made me feel welcomed . Good job
One star review due to management:Around Valentine's Day I went to buy a smoothie for one of my residents at the nursing home I work at. The store had a bowl with bags full of candy and coupons so I naturally took one. When I went in today to use the coupon the store manager kept scowling at me, and accused her employee of giving it to me; giving the employee a verbal warning. Every time I go in there with that manager present she is always extremely rude and, more often than not, verbally abusing employees.. I don't know why that woman is in a position of power.

Customer service here is terrible. I ordered 2 smoothies at a $5 discounted promotional rate. When I was charged, the cost was much higher than expected. I asked about it and they claimed it was tax. After getting the receipt I noticed that I paid normal price instead of the discounted rate I was told. The employees wound up checking or calling the manager twice. After about 5min, I finally got a refund. Instead of just refunding the difference, they refunded everything and canceled my order. I was a bit shocked, as we had already waited a while for our smoothies. Businesses need to learn customer service if they expect to thrive.
This is a really great place, great costumer service, very friendly and fast, explains everything very well , will be sure to go back!
