This restaurant is not crowded with a lot of people.
The woman working at the front counter was extremely impolite. I do not plan on returning. The food was mediocre. I ordered shrimp fried rice and garlic wings. I specifically requested the rice to be made without eggs due to my allergy, but the woman seemed irritated by my request. There were no other customers at that time. Better customer service skills are needed.
I tried to dine here because I am from out of town and didn’t know better. The woman that answered the phone flat out refused to take my girlfriends takeout order. Thinking it could have been a language barrier, I called back on my phone and attempted to make a phone-in order but was also very RUDELY refused. Don’t even try with this place. Very rude staff that couldn’t care less about your experience there.
Greg Bonus runs the lounge and he is the very ideal of what a gracious host is. An example of accountability, integrity and honor and a true American! I will keep going back to the Dragon Gate
