The meals were very tasty, portion sizes were large, service was good and the prices...were reasonable. A good find.
I'm really surprised to see so few reviews for this restaurant on here. Our travel book recommended this restaurant so we came for dinner. Afterward we learned that the owners are the children of the owner of the hotel we were staying at, the Kunst-Stuben....We ordered the crispy pork and the pan with spinach, cheese, onion, etc. Both were great. We also got the apfelkuchen for dessert which was awesome. There were two big tables of locals eating and drinking which I think indicates that the place is pretty authentic.
Best potato soup ever. The food is outstanding. The breakfast was great. You want to eat real German food rthis is where to go
An excellent restaurant serving local dishes. We both enjoyed the pork and of course the local beer was excellent. Not very close to the Market Square so had the advantage for us of not being too busy.
Very nice little restaurant with typical ambiente and typical kitchen in the area. The menu, which is also available in English, offers a series of very valid traditional suggestions. special cooked and presented in the pan. we have eaten two nights in a row at this place to enjoy both further suggestions of the excellent kitchen as well as the very warm atmosphere of this environment and the friendliness of those who served us at the table.
