Been waiting for the big opening which is up in the air. Renovations barely started. Someone was cooking on a hot plate where the kitchen was. All kinds of hullabaloo and nothing.

This property was rezoned residential in 2015 and is currently under contract with a buyer. The new buyer must bring the building up to code and apply for rezoning once all renovations are complete. Please check back in a few months.

Funny how all the bad ratings on the Hotel are tenants that were evicted due to illegal drug activity or non-payment of rent ?

The owers a dishonest theif my experience was a nightmare . Peaple would go in and out of the roooms other rented .Dont go there if you value your property' .! Aweful

I had a pleasant stay its a beautiful hotel and a rooms are awesome
