Pizza Hut - Doral

I picked up and it was so fast and the pizza it’s always delicious

The Hawaiian pizza we ordered was delicious, it exceeded my expectations??

Worst food ever. All food was bursting in oil, had to dry with 3 paper towels for food to be eatable. Ordered personal pizza, breadsticks and meat lovers melt. Horrible.

If I could give no star at all … ordered online, delivery cause I did not want to leave my house . The wings were supposed to have the sauce , no sauce . Left my house to pick up the sauce … they took the wings put the sauce over and did not even say an apology . NOTHING! I mean … it might not sound like a big deal but customer service used to be a big deal, not anymore .

I ordered the New Yorker Pizza and Garlic Parm wings. The pizza was ok could have be baked a little more. The garlic Parm wings had a very bad taste like it was bad and made me sick to my stomach. The wings were too drenched in the sauce. I’ve had these wings before and it’s not supposed to be drenched in a lb of sauce or taste the way it did. The manager tried to argue with me and say the wings were fine. I went back to the store and he finally gave me my money back for the wings after going back and forth with me. Never going back to this Pizza Hut ! Horrible customer service and he couldn’t even apologize.
