Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Dothan

Highly do not recommend going to this location. Every time I have gone to this one they seem to mess up my order. The final time they messed it up 4 times in a row. Never got my $1 editable straw. If you have do not have allergies or have a specific modification then it is ok. But if you are allergic to dairy or meat then stay far away from here. Was not worth the $22 I spent. Specially since I had to go out there for a delivery for their screw up.... Update after eating the food it made me sick. I had nothing else to eat. Highly likely the lax my food.

Where ave all the managers gone??? Crunch time, 1:30 PM, many cars in que in parking lot and front lobby being swept as two guests wait for service and another employee mopping back area....!! 35 minutes to wait in line to get two smoothies....then to be handed wrong ones, Oops!! Then two more incorrect smoothies...then, finally manager called over solved the issue by simply writing the name of my order on each container...Problem solved and have a nice day.....

Tropical smoothie is my favorite visit! I love most of their employees! some could use improvements. except to say nothing bad!

You cant go wrong with a good cold smoothie as HOT as it is; and don't forget to add a Wrap or Flatbread!! I've never had bad service at Tropical smoothie...and the food is always hot and fresh! Keep up the good work T.S. ?!

I LOVE this place so much that I got my kids started! The Pomegranate Plunge is my absolute favorite! The Peanut Butter Cup is always amazing too! Definitely planning to try their food soon! Love the fact that it's low calorie and made with nonfat yogurt, so any smoothie can be used as a low calorie meal replacement!?
