I just wanted to thank you for helping the staff behind the counter make a bad day better for me. I could just say I wanted something warm. I was just asked how sweet do you like chocolate? I answered yes to both and got one of the best latte I had in a long time. It made a really rough time a little easier. Such a simple zeal of goodness made a great influence. Thank you.

John was the best. He was clearly understated and still looked after shops like a champ. He made my daughter's day. I'm not coming to this place. Thank you, John.
