Unfortunately not eaten so bad for so much money! we were with two couples there two of them had the gans that were this underground. it was a little bit, the min ́Entstens 1 hour too long in many was hard and dry the result was. the associated bratapfel was min. As long as he was kept warm, he fell out of the bowl and was still tied! in both cases this was identical to the case and for incredible 32€/share. a gast had the gooseberry a similar picture here: the leber boiled too long, result: much too dry. the fourth had wild with rösti. then a few crumbs were served wild on a big rösti, which of course was completely mushy through the sauce, instead of serving all röstis. the evening was an absolute, culinary pure, and for more than 200€ here we will not see long, and the mouth propaganda will be like this recession!

A restaurant of the top class. have eaten excellent ochsenbäckchen. the service was quite new and had problems, but everyone learns from it. therefore no criticism.
