After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that they had run out of chicken breast but could send it out now. It was clear that they chose not to include it. They originally offered to refund the money but then said they couldn't because it was an online order. This is unacceptable customer service. I suggest avoiding this restaurant.
I order 2 chicken breasts and chips for a delivery. I received 2 very small chicken pieces a small shoulder and wing was one of them we called and said we didn 't receive our proper order and we were told we ran out .. i was charged full price in the knowing they hadn 't sent me chicken breasts. that 's like ordering a Mercedes, being charged for one and receiving a Nissan simply because They ran out . Very disappointing service. No refund .. nothing. Weights and measures are my next port of call.
This restaurant is a typical fast food spot. However, they have increased their prices three times in the last year to implement a touch screen ordering system. Regrettably, this new system has resulted in confusion and disorder. Customers did not ask for this change, and with the price hikes, it no longer seems worthwhile to dine here when you can get better quality food for comparable prices elsewhere.
The food at this restaurant is made fresh just for you, with a great selection of hot and delicious meal choices. You won't find anything better in the D15 area.
Always the best in town. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommended
