Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWalking into the place, it looked nice enough… we had to wait for another guest to arrive before dining, so we waited on a bench. The staff was nice enough, but when sitting, we notice a roach crawling about around the front lobby area before making its way under the sauce bar…! That really turned us off of the place, but we had already decided to eat here.Afterwards, we were seated and ate. The food was fine—neither the best nor the worst—but the selection of foods was a bit limited. The service was fine as well—neither the best nor the worst.
As a hot pot lover my family and I were very disappointed. We came on a Monday at 7 pm. the broth was flavorless and very plain. We got the spicy soup base, Tom yum, and the bone in broth, all tasted so watered down. The only good thing was the service being fast. It was $30 a person for all you can eat.For the Duluth area, it was very lack luster. There are a lot of other hot pot restaurants near the area. (Kpot, Pop Pot, J’s Mini Hot Pot, 9292)
Conveyor belt hotpot!!!! ALL YOU CAN EAT! Quality has gone up a lot here! Definitely give it a shot and ignore the low star ratings from before. Went on a busy evening and service was great. Food all came out fresh. Will take more pics next time.
Had a very good dinner experience here. For us it was all you can eat (meat and sides) for $30/person. I found this to be very good value. Meat quality was satisfactory and tasty, got to choose between brisket, pork, chicken and lamb. I personally had the brisket and lamb. I loved the conveyor belt for the sides which were a wide selection of typical hot pot plus some nice variations. Everyone found something they liked and you could even make your own dipping sauce. They also had 4 broths to choose from, spicy/numbing, original, Tom yum and another which I forget. Overall everyone in our party enjoyed this and we’ll be back. Great service and friendly as well.
I'd like to give them the 5 stars but a few things need to be looked into. Perhaps a table for families with a round table ? With children eating here makes it very difficult if you are new to hot pot places. This place has a moving belt which brings your items to you.I think small children are hard to handle when dining here unless you are already a pro at eating at places like this Other then that I would love to return and try more items I missed passing by!
