Taco Bell - Dunbar

This chain is one of the worse besides mcdonalds when it comes to food and order accuracy they couldn't get it right if they were paid.... oh wait they are paid to do it. Ridiculous and if you are a vegetarian or have picky eaters don't go here because as soon as u say to leave something off it's right on there if not with extra. They gave me scraps for my kids cinnamon twist after I specifically asked if they had fresh ones made and the response was yes.. and for someone who doesn't eat beef I was charged $2.10 to switch the beef in my tacos out for 4 pieces of grilled chicken in my 3 tacos. Chicken is a cheaper meat than beef typically so don't understand that.

Asked for a $5 cravings box......was not put in the box and only got half a bag of cinnamon twist that fell out of the cinnamon twist bag and in the bottom of the bag and crushed. Got a #5 and the nachos were not the usual size portions you get at other Taco Bells and it had no meat...just beans! Asked for mild and hot sauce.....only got mild. No wonder I never see anyone at this Taco Bell if this is the quality/service you get. We will NOT be back!

I deleted my five star review. I am replacing it with one star because the temperature of the establishment needs work. It?s entirely too cold in the winter and simply unbearable in the summer. I?m a full grown, athletic man and I have to step outside and wait on my order because it?s that cold. The employees indicate that many people complain yet the temperature goes unchanged. Note the condensation on the glass doors.

5 stars because Justin in the drive thru was great and very nice. Thank you for making the trip worth it! Usually wouldn't give it 5 stars though. Need more employees like Justin!

The staff at this location is always nice very helpful. They're all seem to be very hardworking. Food is out in no time and always correct.
