Mcdonald's - Dundas

I’d give zero stars if I could! Got parked at drive thru and was forgotten about! Took 15 minutes for me to finally go inside and see what’s going on. They had no clue. All for a junior chicken and McDouble! Brutal!!!!! Not even a refund! This restarting needs to be boycotted for a day!

The location on Cootes Drive in Dundas, Ontario has a tendency to leave out items that were ordered and paid for, especially when using the drive-thru. It is not until you drive away and sit down to eat that you realize that something is missing. After contacting the restaurant multiple times about missing items, they promised to send coupons in the mail, but they never arrived. The most recent incident involved ordering a Chicken Bacon wrap, only to receive a wrap without any chicken or bacon. This lack of attention to detail and carelessness in preparing orders is concerning. After returning to have the wrap replaced, we found out that they had still left out the bacon.

I just want to say that the past 2, 3 weeks on drive through, there have been a few of the most pleasant gentlemen working the window. They are friendly, funny , no problems understanding them. This is so refreshing, to be understood and get the right order.

The drive through in the morning is so slow. Doesn't seem organized.

You’d think that by the amount of times I go threw the drive through and hear someone yelling at quinten or big mike, I would be swimming in nugget sauce, but alas no nugget sauce for the 18th time and counting this year.My little dog Rasnu cannot take the nuggets dry any longer, he coughs to much because of how dry they are.Edit Alright , I’ve went against rashnus word and took him back to the McDonald’s here. It turns out it is possible to earn 0 stars, this place makes me sad now, I never get what I order or something is mistake, Rashnu told me to buy a pack of Monopoly money and pay you with that because your not ready for prime time just yet, more practice needed on the court.
