Papa John's Pizza - Dundee

We ordered at 21:10. no arrival of our food? very confused as it said, it closes at 11 o'clock and we are literally on the road of arbroath road (the same road of the papa john's is on.) never again

Just had one..the most under cooked pizza and food in my life...weird meat tastes. The tomatoe puree was un cooked..like they just squirted it out a tube and no cooking. Terible experience...vile bring back dominoes

So this evening my wife's out,so myself and 3 year old daughter thought we'd tried Papa John's,the boy I spoke to order was really nice,and the delivery driver was also pleasant,says sorry for the hour so wait,all excited opened the box to discover my bbq base pizza was tomato,so called store and spoke to manager never once says sorry and spoke like it was my fault l,I did make a cheeky comment on the lack of chicken he told me they use a measuring cup,but there is no way you'd send a pizza out looking like that,So after I says can you put a side in for the mix up as me and my daughter were starving by then he says no you can get a new pizza and that's it so he hung up,straight away went down in the car,was greeted by the rude man I had been speaking to,he told me it would be another 20 minutes as they were busy,customer service was disgusting,would never use them again,experience ruined!Dundee Arbroath Rd Branch

Delivery man rude, pizza disgusting, toppings tasted old and like they'd been left out for weeks, garlic sticks also tasted like stale bread. Don't understand how they're still open.

I ordered pizza last night from you and I got food poisoning. Got to see a doctor. You should be more careful about your hygiene. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM YOU
