The room was clean comfy and smelled great. This poor dog was awesome. No accidents. We will keep this hotel tagged for a future trip and hope to enjoy the pool and breakfast next time.Rooms: Very clean and a warm feel.
Stayed 2 nights at Sleep Inn while visiting our daughter and her family. The hotel is pretty quiet and has a good selection of places to eat nearby. Easy check in and a good typical free hotel breakfast. Took a dip in the small indoor pool. The hot tub was out of service. Very clean but a musty smell in the room. Out dated damaged furniture has seen better days. Moldy caulking around the bathtub. Room carpet feels sticky. Good A/C and good small fridge and microwave. Comfy beds and pillows. Stained curtains. The staff are pleasant. Good 40 ? TV. Plenty of satellites channels. All in all with just a few improvements can earn a 4* rating. For my wife and I a solid 3*. Oh, and it 's pet friendly. Our pup Mitzy enjoyed her stay. ?UPDATE: We got home yesterday from our stay at Sleep Inn, Dunmore. In my review I mentioned the hot tub was out of order. While looking through the photos just now I saw a picture posted from 9 months ago withe the exact out of order message on the yellow tape surrounding the tub. Could that hot tub been down for 9 months?!?! If so I find that a bit deceptive to potential guests looking to stay at this location.
We needed a place that took pets. I filled out my room agreement online and selected that I wanted a pet friendly room.I was surprised with an additional pet fee when I got there. Pet fees arent unusual but I had assumed it was in the room price I had agreed too since I had specifically requested a pet room. The room we got smelled like urine right by the door. The laminate flooring was also sticky.I assume the pet fee is there because these rooms require additional cleaning. But if they aren't doing it, why am I paying extra? The continental breakfast was just ok. Not many options. All of the staff were polite and friendly.
I have no idea why this place has 4 stars. The rooms are DISGUSTING. The shower had mold, the bathroom had mold, it was everywhere. The room had the most foul odor. We tried to switch rooms and were told the front desk would get back to us when a room was available and that never happened. I will NEVER stay here again. I wish I could post the photos. The hallway smells like strong chemicals trying to mask the horrid smell.Staff is kind but the rooms... My God. ?
Not bad ... I stayed here for one night because I was attending a concert at the Pavilion at Montage Mountain, about 20 mins away. The hotel is fine. Not hard to locate from the road, easy parking, and the room had the amenities you'd expect. For under $100, I won't complain at allRooms: 4/5
