Contribuir a la retroalimentación6/21 ordered 'rapid ' online to go chicken, Caesar salad, and a small chicken noodle soup. I stood with roughly 8 other people for 35 minutes once I got to the restaurant, mind you I ordered it 10 minutes before I got there, and not once did the staff member apologize for how long it was taking. They were not that busy, and it seemed every person that walked in off the street and ordered directly in the store. Had their food within five minutes. Absolutely terrible service.
During lunch, you'll wait 30 minutes for anything, no matter how simple. The manager does not care how long you have to wait. They are SEVERELY understaffed. Instead of mgmt being responsible to stop taking orders until they can catch up, they keep going WITHOUT WARNING patrons that it'll be 30 minutes or more before they can get their food. They also refuse refunds.
Waiting 30 minutes for the food. Staff is overwhelmed. Still no food. Beautiful restaurant, never come when they are busy. If we hadn't already paid we would have left.
Bernice is a lovely woman that works hard and treat customers with respect. However, The young men in the back that are cooking and cleaning were incredibly rude, made inappropriate comments out loud and talked about the guests . One mentioned “this people have to go” it was 8:55 pm they close at 9 pm I believe their behavior tarnishes the brand and makes guests feel very unwelcome. I think this store is doing a poor job in hiring employees please be more selective . This isn’t McDonalds or Burger King. I expect better Panera .
Absolute nightmare. Yes Panera has amazing food but you regret going to this location. I walked in for my pickup order and there were 10 people waiting for pickup orders and 12 people standing waiting for dine in orders, like 3 people working and no management, never again.
