Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIn recent years has not been too bad service quite horrific. eating is really expensive for how much they get for many items. the employees are also very much not paying attention. many of our commands have made a long time and also wrong. my man refuses to come here. the workers seem to hate all their jobs.
In general I love the food at Burger King but this place was a disaster. My fish sandwich was burnt and the fries were old and cold. Since we had takeout we did not notice this until we were a good ways down the road. My advice is to check your food before you leave the restaurant.
At what point did you think it was ok to serve food like this? Riding the Durango Cascade Canyon Train and stopped at BK for a quick breakfast sandwich. The line took longer than expected as the truck in front of us was a frequent customer and was chatting at the window. We were early so no big deal. To be clear we were not expecting the best breakfast sandwich ever. Let’s be real. It’s fast food. I get that. However, it should have at LEAST been edible. We opened our wrappers….1See attached photo who eats this?
I read the reviews and thought….it’s fast food, how bad can it be? I mean, expectations really weren’t that high to begin with. It can be that bad… They got our order wrong…twice. They didn’t include a toy in one of the kids meals, completely wrong items in kids meals, when we showed them the receipt they still couldn’t figure out how to fix it, and in the end, we ended up with cheese on the hamburgers and just didn’t want to go back again. Hamburgers and chicken nuggets were burned almost beyond the ability to eat them. And security was a BIG issue for me. The temperature in the play area was set to 85 degrees so someone had propped the outside door open to let the play area cool. I do not like anyone being able to come in a side door and grab my kid, or my kid being able to wonder outside. Redeeming quality, the girl at the front counter taking our order was kind and apologetic for everything (that wasn’t her fault to begin with).
How do they do it?! No one in the lobby. 15 minutes per car in the drivethru! They could custom make each order with 15 minutes. You finally get your food and it's cold! It should be smokin hot! They are always short staffed. People don't want to work there I guess? Put some robots in there like other places are doing. If a fly falls in my burger because no person is there to see; I will eat around the fly! At least it will be hot, and fast...
