Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónNever a fan of sonics food, it's usually master shakes and blast that I get and they never mix the blast.... like at all. The master shakes are well done, and the service time is decent as well as most interactions with staff.

Update:2/24..got milk shakes, and sundaes for the kiddos,fast service.....UPDATE: 12/4/22 (This place should shut down...or just make drinks and snacks...the 2 burgers I just ordered were so overcooked...it was like eating leather, it's ridiculous..please act like you respect your customers by serving fresh cooked food like in the past..if not,then just shut down.Prices are way up, then make it worth the customers time. Ordered on the app... Got there brought my food.. chk the bag.. cause well. Ya just have to now.. everywhere you go.. no fries.. I let them know... Said they would be right out.. still waiting 20 mins later.. had to remind them again..so much for the convenience of the app.
It’s pretty wild how often I’ve given this place second chances and even tipping 10 $15 sometimes. It’s like everyone who works here collectively tries to do as bad as they possibly can so that they get less customers so they have to do less work.That is literally the only thing that I can possibly come up with to understand how bad of a job these people consistently do.Tried talking to the manager or the assistant manager that works up there. It’s either constantly fake names that are given or they pretty much just laugh at you when you have anything to say about the customer service. It is actually wild how much these people do not give a damn about their job in the slightest.
Brought out drinks but couldn't tell me which was which. Got order and had to wait for them to bring ranch. Tried to call bc they wasn't answering but the calls where
