Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónDisappointing Service Experience at Ginos As someone who values both quality food and exceptional service, I recently had a disappointing experience at Gino’s in Dyer, IN. Despite making a reservation for 5 pm, our party was not seated on the patio as requested. Instead, we were placed in the back of the restaurant, far from where we wanted to be. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the hostess, who gave conflicting explanations and did not accommodate our preference, even though there were empty tables on the patio. After speaking with the manager, who acknowledged the mistake and apologized, we realized that we could have been seated outside as we had initially requested. Despite the delicious steak we ordered, the subpar service overshadowed our dining experience. This was not only disappointing personally, but also reflected poorly on the guests we had invited from out of town.
Gino’s is always a winner! The food was delicious and the service was awesome Lisa M., our server, is always a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great dining experience.

I’ve been to Gino’s several times; usually a special occasion. The service and food is always above and beyond. Absolutely the best steak and potatoes around. The cheesecake isn’t half bad either. Adam, our waiter, is the GOAT. They get 5 stars!
3/4 main dishes were great! Service (from waitress) was excellent. 2 apps, drinks and 2 desserts great. Last main dish was steak ordered med rare. The middle was medium and ends were well done. Waitress agreed and returned it to kitchen. Manager came back about 3-4 minutes later with a flashlight saying it was fine. It was cold and over cooked. Disappointing.
