Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI purchased a Chicken Fajita Bowl with rice, black beans, corn, cabbage, grilled chicken, and the various sauces it comes with. Upon tasting the top of the bowl, the chicken, corn, and rice were luke warm. As I sampled the other food items, I discovered that the black beans were ice cold! Like they were just taken from the refrigerator!Upon speaking to the young man who is the manager about the cold beans, he simply said that 's the way they came, then he chuckled as he walked away from me!As a loyal customer of other Sweet Green franchises in Massachusetts where I live, I knew that this was NOT how the beans were prepared. I also knew that as a manager, this young man of color displayed poor customer service! Not only did he lie about the proper food temperature, but he made no effort to remedy my dissatisfaction.To simply turn his back and walk away was rude, dismissive, and unbecoming of one entrusted to a leadership position in company that prides itself on serving healthy food. I dare say if I were a Caucasian customer in this West Palm Beach Florida store, he would NOT have displayed such rude and dismissive conduct!I would NOT recommend eating at the Sweet Green on South Rosemary in the Square!
This was my family’s first time eating at Sweetgreen The food was fresh and I liked the chalkboard with the details of all their ingredients where they are from. But that’s about it. The employees weren’t friendly. We came at 2pm and they were out of salmon and avocado. When I saw them putting avocado on a bowl and asked if I could have some they said it’s “for online orders only.” Excuse me? No further explanation or “sorry for the inconvenience.”The ordering was confusing and they didn’t take the time to explain. I decided to make my own bowl and kept hearing that will be extra. I don’t like places that nickel and dime you. We spent $87 for 5 people. With so many delicious options in the area, we don’t plan on coming back.
The food is always fresh, the place is always clean and the staff is very efficient. I usually eat here a couple times per week. Lately, I’ve been ordering the Salmon but my GF loves the new Italian bowl.

Not a worthy place to eat atThe blond girl who helped us , was so slow and had no idea what she was doing! Food is very average you can easy pay half of the price somewhere else and get a much better food and much better custom
