The Barista ? at the drive thru window was extremely friendly!!! She was very nice to talk to while I was waiting for my venti Frappuccinos. When she wasn't taking an order. I will definitely return!!!
I love Starbucks but I always try to avoid this location specifically. The staff here can be incredibly rude and today there were two of them at the register complaining about how busy it was as one is in the middle of taking my order. Just not a good look for the business in my opinion, makes customers not want to return. The Homer Glen location is my favorite, the staff there are always so nice and welcoming and overall just seemed more organized despite how busy it can get there also.
I went in today in order the wrong size coffee ask. What was the difference in upgrading it to a larger size? They told me don't worry about it and gave me the venti and the grande for the original price.
Went through the driveway and they were very friendly, but the frappe was literally a block of ice with a little bit of coffee flavoring. The ice was not blended well at all and it had no flavor.
