Honey Bear - Eagle River

First time visiting Honey Bear tonight. I had the cod fish fry with potato salad. The fish fry consisted of three pieces of cod loin, about 6-8 long, and only about 1.25-1.5 thick, which meant the fish was nicely cooked. The potato salad was very tasty. Came with rye bread slices and butter. Very good meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Always a wait to get in, great food, small kitchen, nice big patio out back. But last couple of times I've gone still out of cheese curds. I likem as there not just off the cisco truck, but every week someone forgets to order? Oh supply chain issues, the farm isn't squirtin curds this week! Maybe next month. What a hidden gem! First time here after coming to Eagle River for 24 years! Mitchell, our server was so friendly. For as busy as they were, all the servers had smiles on their faces. I highly recommend the chicken dinner and **** Mary’s. Hubby had the low carb burger which was huge! We will be returning very soon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
