Ketchum Pizza Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

Yesterday evening the smoky mtn visited in eagle. the ambiente is great in front of the restaurant, but rather mundane back. seats are not comfortable. very hard. our table was wiped, but a bit sticky residue remained. we had a big meat pizza and I found it in order, but it lacked any flaming or other distinguishing characteristics. would not go back to pizza. they wait personal was pretty good and respond to request.

I don't recommend it. imagine, sit and wait 40 minutes to sit in the restaurant. a family comes after you and sits before you. you get your space outside next to the family that sits in front of you, they wait for their server and notice the same family that came after them and sit before they eat their meal. they order her to eat and while they wait for the same family to end her meal and pay her back and wait for her to eat. my only regret, I should have gone earlier. I complained to the manager and then I came to eat. I gave two stars because it was in order.

Wow, this place is great! for the first time, we had a French, cheeseburger and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. all perfect! the waitress was attentive and the food was served very hot. we will definitely be back update: we have been back a few times and still enjoy this place until yesterday. had a friend here who had never been. the service was very slow on Wednesday afternoon. burger was served a lot over boiled. I had starved to eat it. no big thing. the waitress asked how it was eating. I told her that there was then an accusation from the manager that my eating was good? They are necessary to cook the bark so that it is not rare at all. I did not ask for a free burger to answer only one question from waitress. very strange answer from a manager.

On the left side, hubby ordered baked sonoma chicken pasta. right I ordered shrimp scampi linguine. both came with garlic bread. the servings were large enough for two dinners, so we separated and took some home. the service and eating were excellent. we always come to one of our favorite eagle foods.

One of my favorite pizza restaurants in the city. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Our waiter was extremely kind, she gave my daughter a free dessert on the house and was on fire with her service. Refilled my drinks before I finished haha. The hostess was also kind and we talked about tattoos and spirituality.
