Ketchum Pizza Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

I visited Smoky Mtn in Eagle last night. The ambiance in the front of the restaurant is lovely, but the back area feels rather dull. The seats were uncomfortable, as they were quite hard. While our table was wiped down, there was still some sticky residue left. We ordered a large meat pizza, which I found to be just okay—lacking any special flair or unique qualities. I wouldn't choose this place for pizza again. On a positive note, the waitstaff were fairly good and responsive to our requests.

UPDATE: We've returned a few more times and still enjoyed it, but yesterday was a different story. I took a friend who had never been there before. The service was extremely slow on a Wednesday afternoon, and my burger was overcooked. I was hungry, so I ate it anyway; not a big deal. When the waitress asked about the food, I gave my feedback, but then the manager lectured me, insisting my food was fine because they have to cook the beef thoroughly. I wasn't asking for a free burger, just answering the waitress's question. It was a very strange reaction from the manager.

I do not recommend. Imagine sitting and waiting 40 minutes to be seated in the restaurant. A family comes in after you and is seated before you. You finally get your seat, outside next to the family that was seated before you. Your waiting for yourserver and notice the same family that came in after you and seated before is eating their meal. You order your food and whilewaiting this same family finishes their meal and is paying their check and you are still waiting for your food. My only regret,I should have left way earlier. I did complain to manager and then my food came. I gave 2 stars because the food was okay.

On the left, hubby ordered Baked Sonoma Chicken Pasta. On the right, I ordered Shrimp Scampi Linguine. Both came with garlic bread. The servings were big enough for two dinners, so we each split ours and took home some. The service and food wereexcellent. We will come back again and again to one of our favorite Eagle eateries.

One of my favorite pizza places in the city! The staff and atmosphere are very welcoming. Our waiter was incredibly friendly; she even gave my daughter a complimentary dessert, and her service was exceptionally attentive—she refilled my drinks before I could even finish! The hostess was also wonderful, and we had a great conversation about tattoos and spirituality.
