Schnitzel & Co. - EAST AMHERST

The food was delicious and service was great. Anyway, it'll be back.

At the time of reservation arrived and sat immediately. Host and hostess were both polite, friendly and professional. We haven't waited long for drinks or our meals. We ordered chicken schnitzel, knockwurst, mettwurst, potato pancakes and strudel for dessert. Everything was fantastic and cheap. This was my first time in Schnitzel Co. It will certainly not be my last visit.

Everything was great!!!! Will definitely return soon.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. We made reservations. The restaurant wasn’t even full and they only had a special menu with 8-10 items. We were seated by a very pleasant hostess (so that was good) and a server never came to our table. After 15 minutes, we left. I noticed tables around us also didn’t have drinks and very few had food. I didn’t even see a server in the restaurant in all that time. I understand being short-staffed, but like I said, there were no servers in sight. Another table asked the host where the server was and was told she’d be over. By the time we left there was still no one. Transit Road location should’ve thought about staying closed.

I want to love this restaurant but EVERY time we go, something is not in stock never once have they had the items them advertised for their $10 burger nite this recurrs at this location, we have gone for years (yes pre covid) and always the server mentions what is not in stock many times we go specifically for what is now a no go please please offer what you can we always leave full but disappointed as we did not get our intended food there are so many options of restaurants that do keep up with their stock I cant take the disappointment any longer
