Excellent in every way. The buffet was fantastic. We will definitely return.

While the food was at best mediocre, it was inconsistent. The first round of food at the buffet was ok, however when they replenished the dishes after it became empty the quality went down. The replenished dishes were cold and you could tell it was not fresh. The buffet stations lacked labels for the beef gravy, fish sauce and there was no staff to carve the Turkey, which was by the way dry! While you go to a buffet to enjoy food and there is little service expectations, our waiter clearly was new and did not know what to do. He did not give us a run down of how the different stations worked, we had to ask. He lacked knowledge of how the buffet worked and you can tell that he received little training and there was no trainer around. There was also an 18% gratuity that was automatically included with the bill, which is ridiculous since this is a buffet and there was no assistance from any waiter.

Great and convenient for the downtown core situated in a clean and simply decorated hotel.

We tried the Valentine's Day menu and the food was excellent. The service was good, although they did get busy at one point and we missed one of the courses. However, when we informed them, they promptly brought it to us.

We were disappointed that the restaurant closed at 9pm and we had a reservation for 8:15pm, so we felt a bit rushed. However, the food was excellent! It would be great if they extended their hours on weekends.
