The Funplex - East Hanover Township

There’s a lot to do there for all ages for sure. $25 to get in includes a game card preloaded with 60 credits. However they force you to buy a $25 card for everyone that goes in. So my two 70 year parents were forced to pay $25 just to be with my 2 kids and watch them. Cost us $125 to let my 7 and 5 year old play some arcade games and ride on bumper cars for a couple hours. We had 300 credits to use on 2 kids. Ridiculous. Total waste of money. We left with 120 credits still preloaded. However in order for us to use them we’d have to pay another $25 to get back in. Totally dumb. My kids had been waiting all week to come play here but honestly will probably be the last time we visit. Explains why it was so dead there on a Friday night.

The water park and amusement park are fun for the kids. However more than 2 times we stood in line and they were line cutters. The workers just look and don't say anything. It's not fair for my child to wait 15 mins for a ride...and other kids cutting the line having to wait longer....I know most of the workers are teenagers but they can do better with customer service ad well

I bought 3 membership for summer pass. And they advertised that we had 3 free pass and I got to use the first one with my husband for the first time. Since I had 2 more next time I brought my mother in law and my husband. Not only they did not give our free passes also they had very mean approach. I said this is your mistake how will you fix? The answer is silence. Apparently manager had no managing experience, did not care how it made look the business so unprofessional.Also this place is almost always packed.Very loud music.I will not renew my membership for sure.

Mostly good experience here. Big place with lots to do. Most of the staff was kind and helpful with the exception of the people working the food stand. The girl was super rude. Acted like she was doing us a favor by helping us. Rolling eyes. You know the type. Literally everyone else there was kind and helpful except for the couple girls working the food counter.

Had my sons birthday party, they did not bring the sauces with the food, and they did not have the right sandwich I ordered! Took super long to make the correct one, by the time they brought it out, my guests were already full from pizza… I asked them for an extra pitcher of soda. I would pay for it, they said no, if I wanted extra soda, I need to purchase it from the regular cafe… after spending $1000, we can’t even get a pitcher of soda for my guests….. very disappointed
