Mcdonald's - East Hemet

Concretely ordered a cheeseburger, asked to add it speck. I go to take a bite and open the burger, but there is no patty. this is not the first time I had a problem with mcdonalds. Last time I was served a raw chicken sandwich. fries are always greasy and soggy. they would not almost wait 20 minutes for a small order recommend

The manager cut off service at 8 PM, claiming the dining room was closed. However, the posted hours on the front door clearly stated that dining in was available from 8 to 11 PM, and there were no other hours posted anywhere. When we approached, the manager abruptly told us that they were closed and only the drive-thru was open. If there are changes to the business hours, they should be clearly posted on the door and updated on the website. We ended up going to Jack in the Box instead since they were still open. Poor service.

So, I'm going out of mine to go to this mcdonald's, although there's a 2 minute from my house, because it's actually quite good because it's newer. Unfortunately this was not the case at our last visit. the three days old pommes we got and did not eat, although we paid for everyone like 4 were the biggest thing, but honestly, the thing was that my mcflurry wasn't even mixed up there. I have another problem before I leave.

I visited this location at 9:30 PM and left feeling disappointed. I understand that McDonald's isn't a fine dining restaurant, but I was met with staff who seemed uninterested in closing the shop efficiently, even though they were scheduled to close at 11 PM. My food arrived cold, and even the basics, like the sauce I requested, were incorrect. The night crew really needs to work on improving their service. While I don't expect a five-star meal, I do expect that when I specify my allergies and ask for a non-sweet, non-acidic sauce, the staff should be competent enough to get it right.

The hashbrowns were good and fresh but the biscuit was so hard and stale I couldn’t actually eat it, I had to take the toppings off and eat them individually. There was no ice in my tea but that’s an easy fix, just annoying more than anything. I am disappointed because the price has gone up so much and quality and size have just gone down substantially, probably won’t visit this location again. The one on Stetson by state is much much better.
