Stone Creek Inn - East Quogue

We were very late for traffic and the restaurant could not have been more beautiful about what we really appreciated. we had a bus girl that was absolutely delightful, so incredibly nice and friendly and my children even noticed that she wished she had been our waitress. Unfortunately, our waitress was very unfriendly and had no personality. every time we had a question to a court, she absolutely did not offer any information or guidance. eating was mediocre and not unforgettable. I had thun-fish tars, which had a funny taste and a garnel shell, the garnels were dirty. it was very disappointing.

After 20 years eating in stone creek inn we were so excited that it was reopened due to the pandemic. the meals were the best we can remember.

We've been scamping forever and it's one of our favorite! Since the corona virus we have made many curbside pickups. we returned tonight to the jubilee to feed in the free under the tent. began with a bit confusion that the hostess thought that our res was for interiors, but I made it especially on ot with the presentation of 'outside under the zelt'. we weren't exactly excited that we're getting another table, but we treated it. the staff has done a great job under less than perfect circumstances. as always, I started with her spectacular blood orange martini:!!!! the summer quiver/ice soup with crab was incredible! the laugh I had tons of time was perfect. hubby had his ardent salad and the steak au poivre, that was excellent. our waiter brought us a whispered wine to our jubilee! must recognize once again the wonderful dame valet; she is always the best! thanks to everything we love to sc!

Great food and service with a beautiful outdoor set up. I enjoyed the crostini appetizer and soft shell crab special! We will definitely be back.
