In short, the rib-in bone was cooked for perfection and very tasty. Caesar salad delicious. Green salad not recommended. Lime pie a big desert. The Valet Service is amazing. In general you pay for what you receive!!!

Had great memories of HY'S IN Vancouver. Was so excited to visit this place. Tuna was bland. My Newyork stripe I rarely asked medium was dry and chewing. The pepper cone sauce was much too reduced and on the salty side. My negroni was... perfect. Wine service was good. But for the setup it is, food was a crash.
