Tired and mid snow storm I dropped in (still in my chef's uniform) carrying my laptop and kitchen backpack, covered with food from working to grab a bite before continuing on. The beverage prices were a bit high which was off-putting but an older gentleman who worked there really seemed to love and understand pizza and gestured where I could sit after quickly taking my order with pencil and paper. The pizza was completely different from what most chains do out here and totally reminded me of Buffalo again. I was so happy just eating pizza that complex and yummy again sitting at a snowstorm looking out the window at the traffic thinking about where I needed to go next.
