Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe staff at the restaurant were nice, but there were not enough of them and there was no table service. We sat at a dirty table with empty glasses for at least half an hour. There were no COVID protocols in place for the staff or customers. We stayed at the hotel and used the restaurant for breakfast, which had a good buffet but no hand gel by the buffet. Dinner was average, with some dishes being good and others just okay. I would not dine here if I was not staying at the hotel.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional and the manager, Sam Beynon, was fantastic. He was always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff. He is a valuable asset to the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Sam Beynon, the food and beverage manager, is the most polite and helpful person I have ever encountered. The team he leads is doing an exceptional job. I will definitely be returning soon to experience this wonderful weekend again. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic weekend!
Ate at the beefy’s restaurant and not a bad thing to say! Food was delicious and service was perfect. Sam Beynon the Manager really made us feel comfortable and any queries we had he was straight on it with no problem at all, Will be...back here for sure!
Service in the restaurant was outstanding. The manager Sam Beynon is an asset to the hotel and went the extra mile in order to make our stay a very memorable one. Himself and bryony in the restaurant delivered great service throughout the night. Thank you...very much! Smashing night.
