Forks Mediterranean Deli - Easton

My husband and I stumbled Upon this place while in Easton PA.. It was amazing!! The hummus was the best I have ever tasted...creamy and silky with flavors of garlic and Tahini. I had the Mediterranean Chicken Club and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the small and could only eat half. The same for my husband who thoroughly enjoyed the Italian Classic sub. He is a true Philly boy and said it was better than any Italian hoagie he's ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My friend treated me for lunch to sit in at this wonderful deli. The food was well cared for, fresh and made with love- everything was so colorful and delicious. The staff were kind- which makes it all worth while to sit and enjoy a meal here. Thank you!

First, Joel at the reception is the definition of great customer service! Very friendly and welcoming for those in. So long story short. Last week I ordered a chicken sluice and when I came back to my job, the sandwich was cold. So I called to see that the sandwich should be hot or cold. Joel said the sandwich was hot. She asked if she could replace the sandwich next time. Well, she did it and this time everything was nice hot and delicious. The Caesar salad is also great. Great food, but great customer service makes the food taste really better. I'm always a customer of this facility. Thank you.

Excellent store, warm family run. Salads and wraps are delicious and well priced. One time I forgot my wallet and the owner just asked me to call when I got home with payment. She let me take $60 worth of groceries.

Love the eclectic selection here in the small food area, things that are hard to find elsewhere. Good olives and to-go salads in deli and nectars such as apricot and cherry juice. I like the nice lady who makes me the little takeout cups of Greek yogurt with fig jam. Yum!
