We’ve always come here for Korean BBQ because the food is good. However lately it’s going downhill. Our last experience was not good, and today was worse. Full house, but short-staffed. Waiter noted our order wrong, he seemed new. We ordered beef ribs, and they came with pork ribs. The one that took our order came to our table and asked if we ordered pork ribs, and I said, no, we ordered beef. The beef ribs finally came, looking weird and partially frozen. Meanwhile the plate is burning too hot by now I had to clean it at least 5x. Asked them to turn it down and it’s already the lowest heat. Turned it off and went home. Never coming back again.
