A friend and I went to Nautical Bowlsin Eden Prairie yesterday. The two women who waited on us were very informative about their products. We sat inside in a lovely space. We also both enjoyed our bowls. It really filled me up,so understand why they called it a meal replacement dish. I would highly recommend trying one of their manybowls!
I have been a longtime fan of Nautical Bowls in Eden Prairie, but unfortunately I cannot give it 5 stars anymore. The customer experience used to be top-notch with personal and welcoming service, but recently I have encountered rude and disappointing behavior from staff. During my last visit, a snappy teenager took my order without a smile and without her hair tied back, which may be a health code violation. In the past, I was greeted by sweet and adorable girls, so I am not sure what has changed. Despite being the only customer in the store, it took over 6 minutes to receive my bowl, when usually it would only take 30 seconds. This may not sound terrible, but compared to the excellent service I was used to, it was extremely disappointing. To top it off, when I got home and started to enjoy my lunch, I found a piece of orange hair floating in my açaí. Absolutely disgusting!
Visited during the Labor Day weekend. I ordered 3 bowls and the five customers who arrived AFTER me got their orders before I did. When my order was finally ready, one bowl was not made correctly and I had to wait longer for a new bowl. These poor high school girls were inexperienced and needed support/guidance for the weekend rush from a supervisor/owner. I couldn’t even express my frustration towards them because they looked so scared about how long they were taking to finish my order. This wasn’t the only time I experienced terrible service from this location.
I visited this location and though your website stated you were open until 8:30pm, your staff was closing at 7. Not only is this an inconvenience to consumers who have to drive to your location but also false advertising. Either update your website and google profile or stay open until the specified time.
