Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónShould have looked at Yelp review before I went there today, no wonder this place got 1 star, because that is the least that you can. I would give 0 if I can. When I entered I was the only one and the server looked at me as if I am intruding on his free time by going there as a customer. No customary welcome and thank you either. It felt like the guy did a favor by selling a sandwich to me. Like others said, sandwich was well made either. Never going there again when there are other subway shops just couple of miles away.
This Subway is the closest one to my house. After a number of visits, all with poor service, I make it a point to drive out of my way to another Subway location. Slow, slow service. The staff seems like they have no clue what to do.
I love subway and have eaten at several different franchises across the wtin cities ad must say the service in this particular outlet is quite bad. There was shootout that occured in this outlet a few months ago and they seemt o have recruited some 'stern ' looking associates but clearly at the cost of customer services. They are rude, make the sandwiches quite badly and are quite blunt with customers. Hate. Never going back.
Thinking how cool it was that this was the closest subway to my work, i decided to give this place a go. when i walked in, there were a few people in the place eating their lunch.. what got to me was that they just stared at me.. thinking maybe they just had a staring problem, as i ordered, the girl who took my ordered did the same thing.. she looked at me as if i had something growing out from my head.. i proceeded to order and all the while, she just kept on looking at me like, what else do you want on your sandwich? although she gave me a good amount of ingredients on my sandwich minus the dressing (mayo mustard), it was still a sandwich overall and it was good. as i walked out the door, i just told myself, kids these days.. i wish they knew more manners and hospitality.. i would've eaten in but didn't feel like being in a staring contest that afternoon..
Theres some young teenage kid who works here that really ruined my experience. He was wearing a red hoodie with the hood up, no uniform, no name tag, and NO MASK. He did a terrible job making my sandwich and had less than no customer service skills. Wont be coming back here
