Restuarant is beautiful and clean and sitting area is also good for the private sphere, but it was cold inside it supposedly hot because of the outer cold temp, except that everything was perfect. food: 5/5

Great place and the food is great, we were a party of 17 and nothing but great service .Kid-friendliness: Great kid menu and also a food allergy menu as well.

I’ll be honest, I don’t make reviews that often, but today was an exception. We have been coming to this location for years. Probably around 10 years. We come for a decent meal at a decent price. However, it seems that the waiters at this location seem to have a sense of entitlement.I’m not going to put the name of the lady who served us today just because it could have been a rough day for her. But our past 3 visits to this location was terrible. Today we had around 5 issues. It was super slow service, we kept hearing coworkers gossip the entire time, the food was absolutely terrible, and there were too many mistakes. We got our appetizer after our main course, the main course didn’t even have the breadsticks that comes with it, and the appetizer didn’t even have the sauce that comes with it. We also asked for two modifications and both were just ignored. I would understand why the service sucked if it were busy, but we were the only people in our section for the entire time we were here. I recommend that whoever the manager, or franchisee of this business is, you need to do a complete restaffing, because other than maybe 2 waitresses, this place is terrible. Because why would anyone come to this woketopia to get subpar food with a pretentious waiter/waitress who doesn’t even take care of your order. With 60$ I can make a full course meal, and still have enough money for desert. This place seriously needs to change. We have been regulars for 10+ years and we are sad to say that this is our last time coming to this location. We will drive another 5 minutes to go to Tommy’s tavern. There the waiters are kind, fast, and the food is good. I miss the good servers at this location like Ray.

My boys love eating here so I decided to bring them out for dinner after my son's victory in a football game. I ordered the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The salmon was cooked nicely. My sons both ordered the four cheese Mac n cheese with honey sweet chicken tenders. The portions were so large that they couldn't finish which was surprising because both of them are usually big eaters. They said it was a tasty dish, so the leftovers came home with us.
