Dunkin' - Edison

We always stop at this Dunkin after my grandson's doctor visits. The woman taking the orders was upbeat and friendly, however it was around in the morning and they were already out of certain Donuts (including the little one's favorite I think Dunkins were better when they made the Donuts on site. Most run out too quickly nowadays.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I always liked Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, but coffee at this location is watery and no taste. Very disappointed. Never will go there again...

Bad customer service. I asked for avocado toast that they only put the avocado on the brot without tasting it. I also asked for a strawberry trunk and my quitting said it too. but they gave me a picry and told me that they had no bleeding. I said why I didn't say that, and the guy says I told you that. I said how could you tell me when I didn't even talk to you. Then they had a job because I didn't want the pfirsich to drink. incredible! now I was in the drive after minen. can I have my lunch? she said, what did you order? I said you should be kidding me, and she says, I'm asking myself because I don't know, but I'm giving my food how she gives me this lame excuse.

I went to to this location their amazing and very helpful n funny staff name Raul was very very funny and nice n very helpful. Raul was great person and he was talking to me about Father's Day. He was great person. Thank u Raul for ur excellent n great service

One of the worse Dunkin I've ever been to. Went through the drive-thru. It wasn't busy there were 2 cars ahead of me. The lady is screaming through the mic to whoever she's talking to in there. My order was wrong. I asked for a caramel craze latte. I don't even know what drink they gave didn't taste good at all had sprinkles on the whip cream. I asked for a tomato and avocado toast they gave me avocado and bacon. Just 2 simple things and both wrong. I will not come here again. Do better
