Dunkin' - Edison

I'm baffled by how every single drink in our order was completely wrong. It makes me wonder if they mixed up our order with someone else's. However, going to another store to get a cup of coffee was a pleasant experience. We decided to try this place instead of our usual Dunkin' Donuts for convenience, but we won't be making that mistake again.

We always stop at this Dunkin after my grandson's doctor visits. The woman taking the orders was upbeat and friendly, however it was around in the morning and they were already out of certain Donuts (including the little one's favorite I think Dunkins were better when they made the Donuts on site. Most run out too quickly nowadays.

Average dunkin. of the time they get order right...the other they get a dew small details wrong each time. Nothing worse than lulling away from the drive through just to realize that your order was made wrong when you are a few lights away. Like i mentioned with this one....only of the time do they give me exactly what i asked for. Hard to mess up considering I pre order through their app and the order is clearly written out on their screen. I guess dunkin employees are just too busy and do the best they can.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I always liked Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, but coffee at this location is watery and no taste. Very disappointed. Never will go there again...

Bad customer service. I asked for avocado toast that they only put the avocado on the brot without tasting it. I also asked for a strawberry trunk and my quitting said it too. but they gave me a picry and told me that they had no bleeding. I said why I didn't say that, and the guy says I told you that. I said how could you tell me when I didn't even talk to you. Then they had a job because I didn't want the pfirsich to drink. incredible! now I was in the drive after minen. can I have my lunch? she said, what did you order? I said you should be kidding me, and she says, I'm asking myself because I don't know, but I'm giving my food how she gives me this lame excuse.
