Fat Burger - Edmonton

Employees were rude, didn’t greet me or say anything while at the window, somehow managed to completely mess up my order despite me only getting a burger and milkshake. They asked if I wanted whip on the milkshake, I said yes, yet there was none. I said I only wanted pickles, lettuce, and mayo on the burger yet even after confirming my order they also put tomato, relish, mustard, and onions. I did not go at a busy lunchtime or dinner rush, so I don’t understand how they messed up my order that badly.

We came by late in the evening for late dinner and drive-through was empty. We ordered 3 burger meals and unfortunately we sat at the window for almost 40 mins. If I didn't spend the $50 on the meal I would have left, but we have not had Faburger in a while so we waited. There was no one behind us or ahead of us so I don't know why the long wait. The burgers were good.. bun was good, its a fried burger so it was quite greasy.. sort of like five guys. But it did have lots of flavour. The fries were not so great.. they got very hard very quickly as they cooled down so they must have been very greasy. I"d love to try another location at another time of day to see if the service would be better. Overall it was good and ranks #9 on my sons burger list. 1. Hero 2. The Works 3. Home made 4. Webers 5. I used to think Fat Burger had the absolute best burgers...I've just returning fter a year being away, and was excited to have one of your burgers, I was absolutely disappointed...burgers are not only half the size of what they used to be but it was absolutely tastless. The Chicken Ceasar salad was extremely watered down and soggy. It was made with iceberg lettuce and not romaine.I am not sure if it's just this location but I won't be wasting anymore money on the attempt of eating at another location.

Stoped for lunch and had their breakfast special, it hit the spot with thier pancakes eggs and bacon. good value for the money you spend

We stopped for lunch today for a burger.The food at Fatburgers is always good.The service was a little slow.The food was good.I will go back if ever in the area
