Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered three beef tacos and added some of their Valintino’s Hot Sauce, which made for a delicious combination. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The tacos were fantastic and I definitely plan on returning. The prices are reasonable. Parking can be challenging at the Whyte Ave location, but there are paid options nearby. The restaurant is kid-friendly, but unfortunately, wheelchair accessibility is not available.
If you're looking to discuss management unprofessionalism, look no further than the reviews of this restaurant. To the management: I hope you are reading this. Instead of letting your insecurities affect paying customers, why not take a moment to reflect on your reviews? Another one-star rating coming your way.
I love the food at this restaurant, but I had a negative customer experience during my last visit. Due to the increasing crime in the city, I felt uneasy leaving my expensive carbon fiber road bike outside. Since the restaurant was empty, I brought my bike inside with me to place an order. The man behind the counter, who I assumed was the owner, angrily informed me that I couldn't bring my bicycle inside. I respected his decision and asked if it was okay to place my order and then wait outside, to which he agreed. However, as I was placing my order, the man went on a tirade for a full minute, yelling about bicycles and a previous incident where a cyclist had damaged his door. Despite my attempts to diffuse the situation and sympathize with him, he continued to berate me in an uncomfortable and inappropriate manner. It seemed like he was still upset about the previous incident and was taking it out on me. I hope that the owner was just having a bad day, as he is usually friendly. Overall, this was an unfortunate and uncomfortable experience.
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for a good place to eat.The food here is always on point, the place looks amazing and neat and the crew is extra friendly!Tacos On Whyte 5 stars!
Tacos on Whyte is one of my treasured hidden gems in the city. Originally one of my go-to spots after late nights out on Whyte Ave, it has now evolved into a top choice for quick Mexican take-out or delivery in my less liquor-fuelled life. The grilled tostada wrap and carne asada tacos are my absolute favorites, and I appreciate the option to swap out the meat for grilled veggies in the tostada. The attentive staff add to the overall charm of the place, making it a perfect spot to enjoy Mexican cuisine without ever having to wait too terribly long. It is also very reasonably priced. Things you won’t be saying about the prices here: “in this economy!?”Vegetarian options: They have plenty of veggie options, allowing people to substitute meat for grilled veggies on many items.
