Taco Bell - El Dorado Hills

The order was complete and the food was good. Their service to the dasher was poor. Someone outside of the store management should be made aware of their customer service issues.

This Taco Ball needs some help. We recently moved out this direction and this is the worst location ever! We have tried to order multiple times in hopes it will be okay.. we order tacos and it will have no lettuce no meat or cheese, it's the worst empty taco it's unbelievable! I've ordered cheesy Gordita crunch with no modifications and they have put nothing but meat and cheese. No sauces.. it's so confusing. Just don't order and waste your money with this place. Everything is always sad and wrong or missing. What's going on with the workers or the owners here? Do better people.

This is the second time I've tried ordering and they've put meat on the veggie Mexican pizza both times. I have a 30 min lunch break so I order through doordash and to not receive the correct items is extremely disappointing.

Every time I order from this store items are missing, taco shells are completely broken and they do not provide any sauce packets per my order.
